Cancellation Policy
Expiration: • Bundle package must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Unused services after this period will expire and are non-refundable. Cancellations & Rescheduling: • To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 25% rescheduling fee. If you do not attend your scheduled session without notice, the session will be considered used. Refunds: • If you haven’t started your bundle, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out — we’re committed to making it right and ensuring you receive value from every session.
